Buyer has 10 calendar days in accordance with Massachusetts General Law from the date of purchase to completely document a claim for any and all congenital or hereditary defects. Buyer is required to follow up with a veterinarian or specialist of our choice for a second opinion at the buyer's expense. If the puppy has a documented defect, the buyer may return the puppy with a copy of all veterinary records that document the claim within 10 days. A replacement puppy will be provided no later than 180 days.
Mystic Garden GUARANTEE: Your new puppy is guaranteed against any premature heart defects that result in death within five years of his/her date of birth. In the unlikely event your dog should die of a documented congenital or genetic heart specific condition prior to five years of age, a replacement puppy will be provided no later than 180 days. To keep this guarantee in force, the buyer agrees to have the dog’s heart examined annually by a veterinarian. Any claims under this guarantee must be made within 7 days of original diagnosis. Claims must include; a copy of all veterinary examination records in support of your claim including spay/neuter, annual health exam(s) and a release of information from your veterinarians. Additionally, Mystic Garden requires a corroborating diagnosis at a veterinarian of our choosing and at buyers cost.
The Mystic Garden GUARANTEE is not pet insurance; we strongly encourage you to speak to your veterinarian about pet health insurance options at the time of your first visit. Your puppy is current on all vaccinations and worming at the date of sale and is microchipped, the Buyer is reminded to change the password found on the microchip email.
Spaying or neutering your puppy prior to six-months of age is a requirement under this guarantee as well as supplementing your puppy’s nutritional requirements with NuVet Plus for the first two years of age. No other guarantees or warranties have been made either expressly or implied by Mystic Garden Cavachon. This guarantee is non-transferable, valid only with the original owner. No registration papers are provided with this puppy since he/she is not purchased for the purpose of breeding or showing, but as a family companion.
There are no guarantees offered for this puppy’s training, size, markings, temperament, or hypo-allergenic status.
Buyer acknowledges that no veterinary charges incurred by the Buyer will be paid by the Seller.
Non-life threatening ailments including, but not limited to; hypoglycemia, hernias, monorchidism, patella/hip and parasites are not covered nor guaranteed.
Should any paragraph or provision of this guarantee be held invalid, void, or otherwise unenforceable, it is the intent of the parties that the remaining portions shall nevertheless continue in full force and effect without impairment.
